The expert committee on PRTC was invited to the Education Ministry by Hon. Minister Mr.Susil Premjayanth to form a committee to address Health wellness and Safety of School children.  Prof Samth Dharmaratne has submitted a document to the Minister regarding Recommendations for the road safety of School children.
